Turn your garment inside out before washing. Use a cold, gentle cycle and avoid bleach or harsh detergents. Hang dry whenever possible — avoid tumble drying to keep the print looking fresh. Iron on the reverse side only. Treat your art wear with love and it will last.

Our bags are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. They can handle light rain and splashes, but we wouldn’t recommend submerging them or leaving them out in heavy downpours. Wipe clean with a damp cloth if needed.

We ship nationwide within South Africa. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us at cat@psyxology.co.za to initiate a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

In most cases, yes! If an item is showing as out of stock, drop us a message. Many of our products are made to order, so we can often restock or recreate items for you. Turnaround times may vary depending on the product.
